I’m a Poet, Writer, and Author of Conversations with A Beautiful Mind born in Zimbabwe and residing in the UK. I’m passionate about inspiring and empowering young women to maximise their potential in life by teaching them how to embrace their authenticity, heal from mistakes and finally take control of their life using the pearls of wisdom I learned along my self-discovery journey.
I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, art and passionate about innovation and change, with my faith in God being the driving force behind everything I commit myself to.
Throughout my life, I have faced different obstacles and different challenges of all kinds. When I was 11, I lost my mother and unexpectedly lost my father two years later. This period of my life was supposed to be the time where I was enjoying myself, getting to know myself, exploring things, but throughout that period I was so miserable, broken, and angry even though to the outside I looked happy. I had so much in me that I needed to unpack, unprocessed grief, etc. but I simply carried my hurt, negative behaviours, negative patterns into my twenties. As I was in my twenties, I started to realize that I was frustrated by so much in my life and could never understand why certain behaviours kept on repeating themselves, why I kept on making wrong choices, moves and never love myself as a person as I was supposed to.
I then decided to sail out into my soul and confront everything that had happened to me so I could heal and be unapologetically me, which led to the birth of this blog and my book Conversations With A Beautiful Mind. My life has been full of ups and downs especially towards loving myself, being unapologetically me etc., however, I’m here to reassure you that even through all that pain there’s room to rise beautifully.
